Fostering a community where every woman is respected, valued, and empowered. In 2025, over 200 women gathered with us at our in-person events, and we're excited to grow the Iris Collective both in-person and online.

Building a better future through connection

The Iris Collective is a grassroots organization led by women for the  women of Stratford and surrounding area. We aim to connect with women, facilitate women connecting with each other, and share knowledge in areas of interest to the  growing collective.

Our vision is to build a barrier-free community in collaboration with others where every  woman is respected, valued, and allowed to thrive both personally and professionally.
